You can read the Rogers blog Kent did a very good job at letting everyone know what it was like. It was the same for us. We were number 3 and it was a long day so it only took us 30 minutes and Hatches who where last it was even quicker. The secretary kept looking at the clock. they had Valeria stand up and say she was in our home and saw how well Ruslan fit into our family she even got teary eyed and said we treated him the same as our own kids. We were thrilled to have them say we are the parents of Austin Ruslan Milne!!!! The scariest part was before we went in we were so board after siting there for 4 hours that we got out our dice and started playing 5000. After playing one round a man came out and said to stop this is a Ukrainian Court not a gambling casino. It was very embarrassing but luckily they didn't kick us out. The celebration at McDonalds was intense. I was right behind David because he was helping us order and I saw the guy come right up like he was going to butt in line and David just pushed him away and started yelling at him. It was very crowded so there were alot of people watching. We were buying dinner for Valeria and the school lawyer so they were right there with us.
Tuesday Sept 9th was a very relaxing day of shopping, eating lunch with everyone then going to the school. We brought our English book and worked with the boys for a while on English then they played soccer then we played the dice game again and the boys had a blast getting into it.
Now it is Sept. 10th and we woke up to rain. Today we have to go to the notory to sign more papers. I'm sure it will be a different day with the boys with rain. The soccer feild they play on is dirt so it will be a muddy mess today.
